Did anyone apply for the 2nd run of self employment scheme? Asked the accountant a few weeks ago and said he'd be inclined not to esp given the agri support one that was due, and has since came out.

No. I did that in the self employment 1. Thats where i got the gateway number from but cant work out why its not workin now

Is your gateway number different from the one used by the farm? I logged in as if I was registering calves and everything was set out for me, only had to tick a few boxes and print a receipt.

He'll probably have to apply for it if sfp is in his name as he is the one with the business number. Can't see why you wouldn't be entitled, as long as you sent milk or sold fat cattle during the qualifying period.

I don’t think the agri support should effect your self employment grant claim. If you think your business was negatively effected by Covid in the three months the scheme covers you can claim.

Hasn't been a simple summer, but prices have been worse without co vid I the past. Hadn't thought of applying this time, but its just the fact that so much has been thrown about by dishy rishi makes me wonder if another few applications will really be seen. Some guidance from milk companies to confirm the impact on current prices might have been helpful.
