250kgs of roughly 41% nitrogen

Approx 300kgs at 27% . The hardcore men around here are moving away from urea and can to 27.4.4 all the way to August. I'm starting to follow them. This was a good year for 27.4.4 as the slurry dried up too much. Next year it might be too expensive. Now sitting around £326.

Slightly more than air cooled here at 1/3 ton of 27n. 2/3 of a ton seems excessive

We just go with 20 units after the cows calf’s stay in till after 1st cut but they are just followed with slurry and dribble bar same for heifers gets 50 units in the spring of fert

Used to go 54 units after each grazing but have been cutting that back the last few years, sitting around half that or less now due to more use of slurry. I forgot to count in grass silage bought in which at a guess brings us up to 400kg a cow a year. Do believe years ago my father would have put on 250kg 27n for 1st cut, this year was 135kg.

400-450kg 27n here, would be sowing 25 units a month on grazing, probably should be a little more.

All grass,grazing and silage,over 1/3 of fertiliser is sown in March alone ,first time around for grazing and solage

I would go on with 40units for the first few rounds of grazing then drop to 25 from June onwards. Silage would get about 70/50/40units for 1st/2nd/3rd cut.
