may I ask why? I'm intrigued!Modifying an old A frame, to fit an axle.

all the heavy steel work you do, making bits for the wide tracks, making trailers and mods to stuff like that I'm sure you could have your own thread for it all!!Adding an axle to a machine, Joe
The axle is HGV, and the A frame is from an old Volvo dump truck, so don't match, so it needed some modification

Get on with it!! New and old projects would be a very impressive portfolioHave thought about it, Joe .......

doesn't matter its still impressive, lot of skill in building something that works while "winging it"give it some proper considerationHmm, yeah, I'll give it some thought maybe? Trouble is then, you'd all realise I'm winging it most of the time and don't know what I'm doing....
Cardboard, well corn flake card, is the way forward .............
If it's anything like my pan mixer it'll either be far too much or just hardly enough!View attachment 518728
Does anyone know how much volume a teagle mixer holds?
Got a 1.5cube meter concrete job to do and wondering if I'll be better getting some readymix

(1/2diameter)x(1/2 diameter) x 3.142 x2/3(height)
Now most concrete suppliers charge a premium of min 4 meters so It would be cheaper to mix yourself. 2ton of aggregate with cement is approx a meter cube of concrete........................
