So had a go at tig welding this morning never done it before but they have one in the workshop at the scrap yard I have access too but there welding guy who could use it left months ago (sad face)

Looks good to me it tuck me a long time to get the hang of tig welding but now I do like using it. Definitely better the a spool gun on a mig for aluminium.

Its a lazy susan bearing will take 1000lbs they say ,it cost 12 quid ,yes 12 quid!

Measured, measured, marked and plasma cut holes for conus 2 bushes.
Then moved one step up from cardboard aided design.

Used a set of jcb brackets from @Forever Fendt and almost all new steel.
I'm sure I'll be bodging again soon.
