Do you have a cnc cutter then? What capacity can you cut?
What about a press brake?

May need to get some 35mm plate cut and some pressings done - max bend would be 6mm plate ~1m long 90 degree.
40mm on the plate and the bending is ok but depending how tight of a radius you need and all our top tooling is swan neck so you can do tight wrap round bends but this limits the capacity of the top tool

A question for the semi engineers....

How accurately 90 degrees is angle iron?

I'm in the market for some cheap but good corner clamps for fabrication. I have a reasonable supply of normal clamps (can you ever have too many clamps) and was wondering about sourcing four bits of large angle, like 6 or 8 inch to use to clamp inside. But not much point if it transpires it's all 80 something degrees as opposed to 90

Finding someone willing to sell a foot or two will be a challenge too but I'll cross that bridge if it's worth doing
