Last year I bought a MF 1014/Landini 10000S and I got a set of weights with it. The Fendt dealer where I bought the tractor had those weights lying around for years and threw them in to finish the deal. He had no clue on how to mount the weights on to the tractor and neither did I.

So I started looking for pictures from tractors with the weights mounted but couldn't find a real solution. A member of tractorfan.nl gave me the advise to look at trattore.it, where they have technical drawings for certain brands of tractors. And there I found the drawing of the weight frame.

With different materials lying around I made a frame my own style.

any harm to ask why did you go for a kubota mower?
do they make it themselves or is a re badged unit, looks like a vicon mower.

It is a re badged Vicon, the Kubota dealer is in the next village and I am supporting a local firm (not Kubota obviously) but Hosplant Ltd

Had a bit of time and order some electric clamps for fencer leads. Used some wire I had around, a lot cheaper to build than buying new kit. Tired of previous steel wire leads whipping around by my eyes when carrying.

Kubota bought Kverneland in 2011. Vicon was part of Kverneland since 1998. So a Kubota mower is exactly the same as a Vicon mower. Except for the color.

I was fed up with moving woodchip very slow so I gave this old bucket a new lease on life.

Went from about 0.7 cubic metre to about 2.2, works lovely and now I can just go easy but get alot more done.

Indeed, you can look right through and see how far it is filled and also take it on the road without hiding half a mile. I only thought of it at the last moment but worked out far better then expected.
