Notifications

Is anyone else not receiving notifications from the TFF APP? Over the last week I seem to have stopped getting the banners pop up un my phone. I've updated to the latest version and even tried deleting and re-installing the APP but hasn't made any difference. I've checked my phone settings also and can't see any issue so I'm wondering if it's a problem with the APP update. @Chris F any ideas? IPhone 7

Just an update @Chris F after deleting and reinstalling the tff app, I’ve just checked if the notifications where switched on. They’re turned off but if I switch them on then close settings (in app) then go back into settings then notifications they’re turned off again.
I’m also unable to edit the notification preferences.

I ask the guys who do the app updates in the morning if they have any ideas.

I’m not getting any notifications on my phone either. PC is fine though

I’ve not had any notifications since the app was updated a few weeks back. Not sure Whetton it’s a good or bad this really, I probably get more work done

How do I stop email notifications of new posts? I’ve been into settings and turned stuff off, but I’m still getting them. unwanted emails are a damn nuisance.

The simple answer seems to be upgrading the whole site. Which we are working on.

@Pond digger I will check your settings when I'm next in the office, we can normally turn them off.

I have changed a couple more setting for you. Hopefully this will make a difference for you. If this doesn't work - we can remove your email address altogether. But that does restrict your options for recovering your account.

same problems as pond digger here i would like to stop all the new notification emails also tried numerous times to stop them without success

Check your settings under user profile - alert preference, check / uncheck as you require
