Do any manufacturers supply twin air induction nozzles with one jet straight down and the other jet back at an angle?

Try BFS, they do something to angle the caps I believe.

I had good quite results with lechler idkt , but think a straight down/ backwards jet may be better than two angled for T1 when there are blw down in the canopy.
