What an absolute sh1t show of an organisation!!!!!!
Despite trying to submit evidence I was told I had 90 days or I would be suspended.

I re submitted the evidence, which is my basis certificate which should give me 10 points per year. I then rang them to confirm they had received it. According to there system I haven't sent a single email to them.

The lady asked me to re send it but it wouldnt go through, she then asked me to try using various different city and guilds emails and but my email still didn't arrive.
After speaking to IT it was concluded that as my evidence was attached as a picture it wasn't allowed to be sent to there server.

They asked me to send it as a scanned document, which I did via my wife's email incase mine was faulty. We got an automated reply saying they'd received my email.

Today I get a letter saying I'll be struck off in 45 days unless I submit evidence.
Ive just rang them but suprise suprise they have no record of any emails either from me or my wife's email address.

They're going to ring me back but how I feel and what I've told them is the sooner they strike me off the better, I can soon find someone with a number to say they do my spraying to keep the parasites at RT happy.

It just beggers belief that an organisation that is supposed to promote professionalism in an industry can themselves be so bloody incompetent and quite arrogant at the same time!!!!🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

Suprise suprise, after loosing my sh1t with them big time on the phone and asking for my money to be refunded because I didn't want to pay into an organisation which is supposedly there to promote professionalism and competence yet has neither within there own staff. They miraculously found my email and added my points there and then!!!!!!!

What a complete bunch of morons!!!!!!!!

I did suggest that the one incharge at NRoSO do a goodly search for the farming forum and NRoSO to gain a little insight into how badly run there organisation is!!!!!..........hi Mr/Mrs NRoSO👋

I didnt know you could get 10 points a year for having a basis certificate, are you sure that's correct?
Well......I submitted my basis membership card and I've actually had 12 points added😎😎😎😎

It's something NRoSO don't mention but I was told about it on here, I guess they keep quiet so we feel compelled to go on the poxy 10 point courses or there ei operator cobblers.

Until a couple of years ago i didnt bother with nroso my farm insurance assesor was happy to use my basis number on our own farm audit, then a neighbor who i do a little spraying for but assessed by a different company wouldnt accept this and required me to register for nroso. I queried this with basis before paying and their answer was that it was up to the individual company if they accepted it or not. So i contacted nroso and before paying £35.00 complained that my basis card had always been good enough before, the lady explaned that having a basis qualification didnt mean you know what you are doing with a sprayer.couldnt really argue with that. However once you pay them £35 you are then fully qualified irrespective of experience etc.you couldn't make it up.
