Is anybody else having problems with these absolute loons?

Claiming I haven’t paid.

Claiming I haven’t achieved enough points, when I sent evidence when I paid.

Absolute joke.

Come on sort yourselves out, everybody else seems to function acceptably in spite of Covid.

Received an email saying we'd be struck off for non payment.
I replied saying they needed to go to spec savers as it was paid by BACS on receipt of invoice.
Got an email back eventually confirming payment had been made but no apology for their incompetence.!

I have always paid by direct debit but it was not taken this year so paid by card over the phone, they had no explanation why direct debit had not been collected.
About a month later was told operator had been struck off due to non payment!
Rang up and let them know I had paid by card, they luckily managed to find the payment but it had not been reconciled to my account for some reason.
Operator reinstated but it seems there are quite serious problems in the admin department.

My last renewal I was several points short, I went on the online statement to check, someone had kindly been to cereals on my behalf and I was gifted their points . No sneaky trickery it just happened.

This time its lapsed as I no longer spray, but I can no longer use a knapsack near a crop now, apparently I can knapsack round the poultry sheds aslong as I dont go near the field alongside the sheds.

Im not paying for a license to drive a sprayer and blend tank mixes just to carry a tiny tank on my back with a carefully measured glug of roundup in it

Couldn't access my statement a couple of weeks ago as it wasn't recognising my email, yet they were still sending me emails 🤷🏻‍♂️ eventually got a reply back saying to reset my password, but it wasn't recognising my email :banghead:, eventually got through on the phone to be told to reset my password ffs you couldn't make it up , eventually the guy on the phone said I'll wipe your details and reload them at his end which seemed to work then I could reset my password and access my statement

I’m blessed to have a double helping sh*t storm with NRoSO and RT

I renewed mine and my employees NRoSO membership 2 weeks before my RT audit, I then receive an email from RT threatening suspension as they can’t find evidence of NRoSO membership, I email the BACs payment, not sufficient evidence…

Email NRoSO explaining the situation, no reply, now have 10 days before RT suspension ( and 800t of wheat going out the next month ) but seeing as it took NRoSO 2 months to sort out my CPD points I don’t hold out much hope…

I have some time tomorrow to try the phone line in a vain hope of help

Am I right in thinking that @Guy Smith isn’t a member on here anymore ??
Would be nice for him to see the issues that NRoSO’s and RT’s incompetence is causing

Hopefully when I get my Credly badge all will be well 🤬

Most I know register for crop assurance, don’t claim any points, get kicked off after 3 years and another member of staff or neighbour registers as the sprayer operator until they get kicked off 3 years later. After 1 year of being kicked off you can rejoin 👍🏻
Last official meeting I went to I wasted a 16 hr day and 13 hours driving for 2 points.

Yes they might have meant last year as i agree they are hopeless, when i rung them the other week it took a good ten minutes of listening to that terribly music they play down the line before they do speak to you , and like i said i got cut of 3 times while giving them my details ,it was a different female that answered the phone each time

Guy Smith wouldn't care anyway. Its more about the position held in RT rather than actually doing any constructive. His job is to try to maintain the status quo for his employers - not to do anything to represent farmers

Dream on, he'd just "block" you, has zero interest in an average farmer, same goes for his Union
