There is still plenty of time. The Cereals webinars are now on demand ready to watch at your leisure and to pick up NRoSO points.

To collect points, please watch the following webinars listed below. Once you have watched the session/s, please complete the relevant quiz. Based on a 100% score, you will receive two NRoSO points per webinar.

How many points can you actually get from these webinars , nroso have tightened the catogeries .

@Chris F so having spent three hours of my time last week watching these webinars on the promise of the quiz being taken the next day, now a week later I am expected to gain a 100% pass rate to get the points! Yes I could watch it again but why should I spend my time making up for the incompetence of others?
Maybe somebody from Nroso should come on here to explain themselves.

I have watched the webinars done the quizz on all 3, do you have to contact Noroso to get the points or do they "just know" you passed? Obviously I did have to fill in my details 3 times so someone or now maybe EVERYONE now has them.

Maintaining grass quality during mid-season grazing is important. Farmers can maintain quality by entering ideal grazing covers of 1,300 – 1,500kg DM/ha, and grazing down to a residual of 4cm every rotation.

If you are now in a situation where cows are not cleaning out paddocks as well as they should be, leading to the development of steamy grass within the sward, here are some options.

Common options for rejuvenating swards include:

  1. Take a silage cut, probably into bales, remove the material and start again with the aftermath...
