@Chris F so having spent three hours of my time last week watching these webinars on the promise of the quiz being taken the next day, now a week later I am expected to gain a 100% pass rate to get the points! Yes I could watch it again but why should I spend my time making up for the incompetence of others?

i,ve just done the three wizzed through videos on laptop while taking quiz on the ipad took about 45 mins to do the three

I have watched the webinars done the quizz on all 3, do you have to contact Noroso to get the points or do they "just know" you passed? Obviously I did have to fill in my details 3 times so someone or now maybe EVERYONE now has them.

They are a shower of shite. I am missing 12 points and they aren't interested. If they aren't careful the whole scheme will fall apart due to their sheer incompetence.
