I got one with my renewal, but had already checked so kind of knew where I was. I registered again for TFF points and finally got 2. Not brilliant as I have tried to get them every year since we could.

finally got them to update my new email address and send me a copy of my statement, with 10pts carried over from last year i have 32pts so no need to get anymore until jan22, hopefully things will be back to some kind of normal by then

Maybe because your claiming 2 points within the 12 month timeframe.

I claimed on 13/01/2020 and 15/01/2021, and this years has a star beside it, no idea why, the annoying thing is I have 28 points and these 2 would do me!

Phone your agromist up. And ask him to email a crops walk discussion meeting. print it out. Sign it. take a photo. And upload it to nroso website in the download section.

Make sure you use their form though . They wouldn’t accept my agronomists email

Mine is the same. They said it’s because you can only claim 1 subscription. So you must have another subscription ie a regular newsletter or something on there which they are counting first.
