If you were doing a feed wheat T3 you could, as both would go on post-flowering. Quality wheats need T3s much earlier though, at which timing urea would be scorchy.

Why would you want to apply more N to a feed wheat? Does it increase bulk yield from now onwards? Surely the vegetative growth is nearly complete. The feed mills won't pay any more for higher protein levels.
