I must admit that one is very clever. They must have put a lot of thought into it plus got very lucky to find the only plate in the country that spelled out the farm name.I think one of the best Welsh ones is on a friends car, @GTB will know it .
Their farm names is Cwmwythig, plate on their car is CWM81G
8= wyth in Welsh so translates as
CWM 8(wyth)1G
One of the boys just came across it luckyI must admit that one is very clever. They must have put a lot of thought into it plus got very lucky to find the only plate in the country that spelled out the farm name.

It will revert back to its original number it was first registered with. Nothing for you to do. Just make sure they pay to get the new plates made up though!Someone is selling a car I'm interested in and they will be taking their private number plate off. How does this work on my end? Do you need to get a new plate for it if they don't have the original?
Never been in this scenario before and I can't find anything on the DVLA.
Unless the private plate was registered to the vehicle from new in which case when the seller applies to remove the plate it will be assigned an age related numberIt will revert back to its original number it was first registered with. so godforbidd you got one thenIt is all down to the seller to have his PP removed and a new age related plate assigned to the vehicle, and he must put the new plates on.
Get them to do it or it will cost you.Someone is selling a car I'm interested in and they will be taking their private number plate off. How does this work on my end? Do you need to get a new plate for it if they don't have the original?
