Nutrient requirements- spring oats

Have a new to me field which I may put spring oats in for wholecrop, soil analysis has come back showing its very hungry ground with indexes at 0, pH is fine, what fertiliser should I use?

Any fym available or all from the bag? A compound like Multicut Sulphur perhaps. Aim for 120 kgs/ha of N?

Had about 8-10t per acre of well rotted fym before it was ploughed
