As a teenager, I used to get great pleasure from squeezing the odd spot that spurted out pus. I reckon a pimple is about the same size an oat with similar “milk”.
Should be able to work it out from that if I could be arsed

This farm seem to be making a good job of it. I like the fact that they call it 'oat drink' rather than 'oat milk'. The issue isn't the product, the issue is corporate control, same as any other agricultural output.

its very nice, i much prefer the taste to cows milk

but ! and its a BIG but

the sugar content is shocking - despite promotion as “no added sugar” the levels of maltose arenot good - like effectively more sugar than in coke !


i no longer buy it !

I thought all starch is ultimately broken down to sugar in digestion. Presumably a reasonable breakfast portion of oats contains more than a similar weight of oat drink which is mostly water?
