How many litres of milk do you get from a tonne of oats? Oatly have put forward proposals to open a factory in Peterborough to produce 300 million litres of oat milk. Is this an opportunity for UK arable?

As a teenager, I used to get great pleasure from squeezing the odd spot that spurted out pus. I reckon a pimple is about the same size an oat with similar “milk”.
Should be able to work it out from that if I could be arsed

I thought all starch is ultimately broken down to sugar in digestion. Presumably a reasonable breakfast portion of oats contains more than a similar weight of oat drink which is mostly water?
