Office work + no energy=wuss

Hey guys,

I have a problem that I’m hoping some of you have in common.
My day consists of getting up at 6:00, going to work at 7:00, spending the rest of my day glued to a computer screen, going home at 5:00, and by the time I’ve had supper I really don’t have any energy to hit the weights like I should.
I know I’m probably just a wuss, but I would appreciate any suggestions.

How's your diet? Are you short of iron, perhaps?

Do you "look up" from your work, rest your eyes, and have a stretch and walk around the office in the day?

Just play the Grand Theft Auto in the morning then and stick to something less tiring like Solitaire or Mahjong in the afternoon. And avoid Facebook.

I work from 8 to 5 and I feel the same way when I get home, soooooo I walk in the house - change and walk right out without even contemplating how I feel or whether I have the energy to lift. It’s like the cutey pie said - the hardest part is getting to the gym but once you get there it’s a whole different story.
Man, I play Hockey twice a week - Monday nights from 11:00 to 12:30 and Wednesday morning from 6:00 to 7:30 + I lift every day for 1.5hrs.
