Oh dear Oh Dear Nokia 3310

Brain storm gone wrong.
Have a Nokia 3310 and had the offer of an iphone6 at "my" price.. Went down the route of getting the correct size new SIM,, registered it to my old number hey presto it dosent work in or near my "new" abode so put the remade up sim back in Nokia and it works fine inside and out, but I have been unable to hold any of the contact details from the old sim to the new one any instructions of how to do it or do I just go to the O2 shop?

Can you save the contacts from your old sim to the phone, then save the phone contacts to the new sim?

Thanks @Adam@Rumen but that is what I am unable too do at the moment someone elswhere has said to find a phone that that could be done with, now on a hunt for all my old phones and see if I can do it on one of them.

The 3310 was just before Bkuetooth, honest ........
