Oil drain plugs

Hi all, going to drain the back end oil on my international 475 and take the filter out and before I do I was wondering which drain plug it is, there are 2 close to each other about 12 inches apart, and one right at the back where the pick up hitch is, could sombody tell me what they drain and where to fill up and how much? I'm assuming the one furthest forward drains the gearbox? Much appreciated

There's also a bung under the drawbar near the back so that's 3 bungs.
Add to that there's a big bung under the rhs rear axle that drains from the diff housing.

If you want all the oil out take out the big bung plus the 2 bungs further forward.

Note...
When changing the hydraulic filter DO NOT over tighten the filter bowl ( it's 15 lbs ft torque only )
Also be careful not to get the square section o ring twisted.
It's a suction filter, not a pressure filter and will suck in air if over tightened.

I've just taken out the drain plug by the pick up hitch (the one closest to the back) and this was sitting inside the plug, as photo, it's some sort of roll pin about 20mm long and about 6mm diameter, please tell me it's not important!! Cheers

It’s a long time since I worked at IH dealer
I might be wrong… could be part of roll pin
Going through pto clutch housing holding pto shaft
To find out , it’s necessary to remove plate on right hand side of transmission housing viewed from rear

Bought it couple weeks ago, took a chance on it and had it delivered as it was a fair way away and drove it straight into the shed to give it a service. The guy said he'd been using it to top his field, tested the linkage and drop hitch but don't know why, I never tested the PTO! School boy error

The pto spiral pin is somewhat longer than 20mm, in fact it's probably about 50/60mm or more.
Also the pto clutch is in the centre section of the gearbox and I can't think how that pin would..
A - come out
B - get into the diff section.

Thar pin is however about the right size.

Edit
Just thinking and might be wrong, the differential cross pins the sun gears and planet gears turn on need to be held into the diff housing.
I can't think of any reason they would come out and I can't remember having to strip one out but those pins maybe held in by a roll pin something like what found.
You basically drive the short pin into the housing flush and it goes halfway into the cross pin.
To remove you drive the roll pin into the cross pin just enough to pull it out, then you can drive the roll the rest of the way out.

Sorry to be vague it's just a thought.

Hi all thanks for all the help, I've just taken the side plate off and all looks OK to the unprofessional eye. The roll pin marked with the arrow in one pic however is Identical but slightly longer to the one that was swimming about, so I'm guessing somwhere in there it's securing one of the cogs maybe?
Out of curiosity before removing the plate I did put the old oil back in to see if the PTO worked and it did along with everything else, so could it be maybe it's had work done on it in the past and was left in there? Or would it definitely have worked it's way loose. Am I running a risk in putting it all back together and using it? I just don't have the time nore money to split the tractor in half!!

That looks fine as far as the roll pin is concerned, they are a good tight fit and I'd be amazed if one ever dropped out.
