Oil drainage rack

Does anyone have any ideas for a large drip tray, preferably with a method of holding oil jugs, funnels, etc upside down to drain into a small hopper underneath or even via a length of pipe into a 25 lt drum for disposal.
I'm fed up of going in our workshop to top up a tractor with oil, only to find that whoever used the measuring jugs etc last time has left half a litre of oil in the bottom of it which has to be identified and either put back in the can it came from or tipped away.
Can be home made or shop bought.
Can be free standing or wall mounted.
Needs to be approx 5-6 feet long to hold several different sized jugs.

Get a 205L drum
Get another 205L drum, cut 30cm off the top, tip the top upside down and put it on top of the first drum to use as a funnel
Weld or screw a pipe in to connect the two, weld a grating over the hole to stop important parts/drain plugs falling into the abyss.

It's not 5 or 6 feet long, but it's round and you can make it as deep as you like to hold more.

It's a handy dumping ground for filters, oil pans, drain containers, jugs, funnels or oily parts. I've got mine on one of those cheap 4 wheel trolleys and I drag it under vehicles when I'm servicing them on the hoist/lift, drain coolant and oils straight into it.
