oil filter strap set

I have a set of these, but IMHO they're shite, have broken 3 repaired 2, last one just got launched, now just want a decent set what do you lot recommend

I made one similar to that Teng one years ago. Best thing I ever did. Just slotted a deep plug socket with the angle grinder and use a length of old cam belt for the strap. You can adjust the length of the loop by moving the belt along the slot. Built for a one-off job and still in use todayafter 20 years.

Filter straps needs to be of similar to the picture I posted above, due to location of filters and accessibility with only 1 hand

Make one like me. Can be operated with one hand even on a 18" socket bar extension. It is not the £6 it is the fact that they do not work very well.
Broken the belt a few times but spares are readily available and very cheap and the butchered socket will last a lifetime.

That's what I need, 1 handed from start to finish, can't get in with 2 hands to re attach chain or retighten strap

if there is room pliers are nice to use....

I use one of these in very tight spaces as long as you can get to the bottom of the filter it's great and lifetime warranty

Made my own out of short length of 1"box 18" of half inch chain,weld one end of chain to end of outside edge of box then thread other end through box make loop in chain place over filter lever filter undone .
