They are £6I made one similar to that Teng one years ago. Best thing I ever did. Just slotted a deep plug socket with the angle grinder and use a length of old cam belt for the strap. You can adjust the length of the loop by moving the belt along the slot. Built for a one-off job and still in use todayafter 20 years.

That's what I need, 1 handed from start to finish, can't get in with 2 hands to re attach chain or retighten strapFacom U.48
If there's any space to the side of the filter, this'll get them off no bother.
