How do you buy your engine, transmission, hyd oils etc.

As per poll, in cans, barrels or bulk tanks.

I used to always get barrels, but tended to end up with many barrels part empty and compromised on oil choice sometimes, so switched to cans.

Need a hundred litres of SUTO, think I paid £42 per 25 litre can last time I ordered, so £1.80/litre, how much will it cost for 205 litres? Not priced a barrel in ages.

Barrels used to be half the price of cans and bulk half the price of barrels. Not sure if any companies do bulk deliveries today

I used to get my oil in bulk, it came in pails and they tipped them into a proper container. One day I was at their depot and noticed a lot of pails lying around outside with no tops on, I then went onto barrels!

Cans, but have considered getting SUTO in barrels in the future as 20l cans are a pain, bring back 25’s

A company I used to work for, bought hydraulic and solvable oil in 1000l IBC’s but I can’t remember ware they where from.
