Oil seals DB 990 implematic.

My DB 990 serial number 990/A/449771 (1961 ) is leaking oil from the nearside rear wheel.
Where is the oil seal ??????
I have taken off the wheel, undone the six bolts that I thought held the hub in, but the hub will not come out, I have taken off the large back plate to reveal a large gear that is held in with a locknut and washer, but no seal.
What next please ?????????????

Nos 26,27 and 28 I think.......
Would have thought the nut would have to come off to let the shaft through the gear........

Or possibly any Case IH dealer should supply.If it's only seals you need,any bearing stockists should also be able to help once you have the old ones out and have samples to take with you or get the sizes yourself and try online. Plenty of choice there.

Yes large nut has to come off and the bull gear then hub and shaft will pull out
When you get the new seal if there is a wear ring around the shaft you can either get a collar made or chop spring down slightly in the seal to nip it tighter
Hopefully you should be ok not doing any of the above but just a thought
And fill the hubs with a 140 oil
