as a lowly dairy farmer, we have bought a second hand vaderstat drill, awesome bit of kit, we reckon it will be a 2 year payback. You arable boys keep buying new ones, might make the 2nd hand ones cheaper!!!

Can I ask what sort of percent discount over the full Rapid?
If you needed 50hp per metre with the old drill what would the new one require?

I expect there will be a few stuck this year.had a contractor using a 6m rapid here a few years back and went down 8/9 inches onto brick clay and tractor coukd not move it.eventually made hell of a mess and ages to clean too
