My good lady has a small flock of Greyface Dartmoors, whch I believe were partly bred from the Longwools ,and I can confirm that she has been known to travel across three counties on the promise of a good hairy pair.My grand father was apparently a well known breeder of Devon Long Wools. He said, Always buy a ram with a good pair of hairy balls!
Anyone know if it's good advice? Or maybe it says something about the fleece?
