Old grain elevators and cross conveyors etc

Hi there I’m trying to set up a seed dresser to do a bit of farm saved seed, I’ve sourced my dresser but need to get it in , out and tail and head corn away separately.
Kind of need a elevator to lift it maybe double leg so I can use it to lift cleaned , and then two short conveyors underneath.
Not a very big output so older stuff would be ideal as it’s also on a budget.
If you have anything that you think may help please let me know .
Regards Damian

You may already know this but for seed get the elevators that have a slide on the bottom for easier cleaning out,

I didn’t but funny enough , the cleaning out well between varieties popped into my head tonight as a part I hadn’t given much thought too.
Thankyou for reminder.
I can’t see how I could get it spotless in the bottom of cross conveyors though really but I’ll use an air line and a big hoover.

We always used belts for clean grain, and screws for reject or air coveyor We adapted quite a few elevators by cutting out the flat bottom plate lifting it on a chassis and putting a slide in with a vaccum cleaner tube below that you can connect the big brute to

Good idea, I was trying to keep to belts for the good grain , and filling as I’d like to do beans and peas and augers can be harsh on them.
I’m happy to auger the waste away , but by the design of the dresser, depending on what job you are doing sometimes the tail conveyor could be a sample for keeping , if I’m splitting crops .
It’s unlikely but I’d like to try and keep options open.
I’m desperately trying to keep it compact as well so conveyers underneath save me going higher for gravity to aid. I’m hoping to build it all within a frame so it can be picked up and packed away without to much disassembling.

The cleaner you have is a very good start dont forget the cyclone dicharge through a cell wheel, look at these for ideas

Do you mean the dust exhaust ? I was hoping to just go through a few metres of pipe to a dust cyclone , venting air out of the top and I was going to drop light dust out of the bottom into a tonne seed bag for burning?
I’ve done this on my mecmar with a small kongskilde cyclone.

Yes, keep the cyclone close with large pipes to avoid blockages, If you put an air tight big bag on the bottom of the cyclone that will work without a rotary cell wheel,
