Old syle forage harvesters

Has anyone any old style forage machinery or parts from old machines.....i am looking for flails for a Howard haytimer flail mower and a hitch for a taarup harvester

Providing the flails fit they should be fine whatever flai you get.
there were 2 basic designs a flat flail and an S shape flail.
the S shape are not so good for a single chop machine, as they will struggle to throw the crop.
Always replace all the flails at one time as you will get terrible vibration from an unbalanced rotor.
The one thing though to be concerned about, was why it got pushed into the nettles as many were afterthe rotor were damaged and started vibrating badly
