Oldest bull in service

What's the oldest Bull anyone is using.

We have a Limousin Bull that is just over 10

His feet are still good and have never been paired, but even though he is fit and well-fleshed, we know he only has one or two years left.

Don't have him now but we put a bull down at the age of 22 and he worked until the year before.

Shatton Pedro was about 16 when he died, and he was a virgin!!

One of our lim bulls is 12 years old.. he is in great order and does the business... I just don’t know how long is too long to keep him...

Oldest current bull is 10 this year hopefully we get a couple more years out of him. Have a son of his working as well who is doing the job.
Taking on the keep of a 50 acre grass farm this year who had a 16 year old bull working up untill last year who shouldn’t have been around that long.

Sold our Limo bull last year at 17 years old. Everything he was put with calved, but you never saw him work.

Sold a 2004 born bull who was still on the go last I heard, has spent a most of his winters outside and summer walking a hill after cows.

The guy said he'd never touched a foot.
Funnily his mother wasn't a great footed cow, but she was a bought in cow that was from a herd that fed quite hard, which probably tells it's own story.
