On Line CS Revenue Claim

I spent the morning doing my Countryside Stewardship Revenue claim on line as instructed.
All seemed to go alright once I had worked out how to save the changes of land I made for the rotational options.

I then printed it out and all was fine, so I pressed the submit button and waited.
It eventually came back as "Failed"! It came up with an error message that something had not been completed, so I went back through it and the bloody stupid form had lost all my rotational options that I had saved and were definitely on the print out.
I phoned the help line and when I got through and explained what had happened and the error message, I was passed to another department. They said I had got further than anyone else had today and that I should once again fill in a paper form. They would send me one.

A few minutes later they called me back and said unfortunately they couldn't send me one as I had to apply through the telephone system and enter my SBI number. I asked if I could send the print out that I had made before the system failed and was told that unfortunately I had to have the paper version!!

You just couldn't make up another fiasco from these Muppets.

I had a similar one. It failed first time. I went through it again, made double sure I had ticked the box to confirm I had confirmed all my rotational options and then it worked...

I have a claim where the spreadsheet to record rotational parcel change is not available. Spoke with Worcester NE office and told this is not unusual, and to send in the paper form with amendments noted even though it says DO NOT POST> Am going to but then follow up to make sure this the correct approach. Pleased did not leave it until May 14th, which is my usual approach. Hey ho.

They told me not to use the print out with "Do Not Post", even though it will be exactly the same!!

They are just bl***y idiots. It is no wonder they are unable to pay on time.

Yes, I took the name of the Lady who told me to post in the do not post form. But am uneasy about it. As I sais, am going to get it off to them Tuesday, possibly even tomorrow with a covering letter and then follow up in a few days with a request for confirmation by email that the letter is accepted.
