Not a problem I've seen them breaking like that cousin did his when he closed it on a screwdriver im thinking it was a pressure build up inside the cab as it was sitting in direct sunlight all day it seams to have blown outward as nearly all the glass is out side the cab there was very little inside the annoying thing was I've been working on the other tractor beside it taking off a fan belt went to dealer far belt and when i came back the window had gone so had to go back for one
Can't see that being possible unless your cab is hermetically sealed. Air goes out through cab filter, those Massey cabs were supposed to clean the cab air filter every time you close the door if all the windows are shut as it forces the air out through the cab filter.

Fresh air = dust = stress = downtime while you detail the cab down.

Far better just to toggle the A/C :D
I’m not that precious about my tractors that I get stressed by a bit of dust and I certainly wouldn’t have down time whilst I detailed the cab😂
That can wait for a less busy time.
As I said, air con comes in when it’s hot or dusty but nowt like a bit of fresh air when the conditions are right and I’ve allways found the roof hatch the best way of letting it in whilst minimising dust and noise.

This is disappointing. Spools still just placed anywhere, probably 10% dearer than 77. Silver paint is maybe more expensive 🤔
Its a poor show by Massey & i drive nowt else.
Local Dealer shifting twice as many Fendts as Massey now... & you can poss see why.
That 8S might be all new etc etc but when its ni on the physical size of a 939 it deffo cant compeat with one of them.
Massey's residuals are off the scale compared to its german AGCO fellow branded product.

Still sticking with the same cab since 1995 then.
too be fair the cab isnt quite the same as a 1995 6100 series but the 6 post design is pretty much very similar i get that.
to use the phrase its served its purpose & needs a revamp would be about right
Having said that ive been ploughing all day in a 7719S & that 6 post cab doesn't bother me one bit.
If they had just moved the position of the Data5 screen to where it was say in a 7499's Data 3 one is its all fine.
