Organic conversion

I have been considering organic conversion for various reasons. I see there isn't a grant under sfi but there was in countryside stewardship. I'm starting My 3rd year of a mid tier agreement. Can I apply to add organic conversion to my existing agreement? And will countryside stewardship be opening again this year or has it been replaced by sfi?

We are just about to convert a block of ground and our advisor is saying wait a little longer organic sfi on the way. Traditionally we have used CS and claimed for inconversion then organic land options.

I don't believe you can add to your agreement for organic conversion as its a 5 year scheme and you only have 2 years to run. Might be worth asking ofg or sa. If you've got wild bird mix I wouldn't anyway as all it does is produce thistles that then blow across the whole farm.
