Organic dairy farming

Hi lads, this may sound like a stupid question and I have no doubt someone will tell me it is, as I've said before I'm thinking of starting a small organic dairy farm, but my question is this

If I go through the conversion period of two years with one of the 2 organic organisation here in Ireland and they certify me as organic , can I then sell my milk to an organic dairy company or do I have to be part of the Organic farming scheme aswell, which from reading seems impossible to get into or is it just a bonus payment scheme on top of what you earn from selling your organic milk

An answer would be greatly appreciated coz it's driving me mad trying to find out
