7 leg osr seeder with liquid fert.
Made by ourselves approx 5-6 years ago, very well done , can be split down to use as a subsoiler in 2 hours max.
Cousins 7 leg v-form 3.25m
Metcalfe low disturbance legs
Chafer QuickStart liquid fert system variable rate with speed via gps, rds box, to rear dribble bars.
Horstine osr seeder again variable rate with rds box (similar to stocks I believe).
Autocast unit for slug pellets off back or companion crops.
Simba dd lite packer
Accord drill bar with disc coulters , 2 per leg to drill either side of leg.
Rear accord Harrow bar.
Original crumbler bar.
7 original cousins legs
All works well , I’ve used this every year for the past 5-6 years and it’s been perfect establishment, but the flea beetle have made it pretty hard now, was doing up to 300 acres a year with it.
Did 70 acres this year and went well, metcalfe legs are very good with minimal disturbance.
Disc coulters are serviceable but every year we repair a few ready for season but spares easy to get, I was considering replacing with weaving bolt on disc coulters but these work fine enough.
Will split and keep some bits back if I do but it deserves to be sold as a whole thing as it works so well and cost a lot of money and time to build one like this .
£7500 all in with box of new metcalfe tungsten wearing metal.
Pm me for details or ask away here.
