Thinking of spreading 50 or 60kg/N onto osr in next couple of days.Problem being as plant population is around the 5 to 10 plants sq/m were i can see them as only the size of cress.Will there be any residual N on the bare patches in 4 to 5 weeks time when i stich up with spring rape ? Also how small do people think rape needs to be at this time of year to be a write off ? roots look ok on ours and it is a hybrid but will be in minus figures when it comes to G A I .
