Haha devil's claw maybe right Pete..
Just hit my head on the silage grab and my neck hardly even hurts this morning!
I know many people don't believe in herbal stuff because "what's the active ingredient" but flax juice is meant to be able to reverse arthritis.. the old lady next door was crippled with it, used to boil up the leaves and then gulp the juice down
Think it tasted pretty rank, but by a few weeks all the swelling had gone from her knuckles etc to the point she could knit and garden again
Think it might make you "fairly loose" but it has to be better than just living in pain .
She went back to just drinking it weekly (and did for years until she died) at least she had quality of life (y)

seen a bone cracker a bit better
have a blow out at C 7 on the left hand side and also flatterning on disc at c5/6
been driveing today and it feels ok tho
Sometimes you just can't beat someone give things a bit of a bust-up
Glad to hear it's holding up, off to the accountant next week so might book myself in for similar treatment, mine is c3,4 and 5 that give the trouble so a bit easier to crack them myself, I usually can get them to go if I put my MX helmet on and give it a sharp left-right

i'm not even sure a 24 of speights a stick movie and a quick tug is going to help it eather but hell i'm open to ideas
What does your bone breaking nurse look like?:love::love::LOL:
Oh hang on, you're open to ideas, I skimmed past that bit :hilarious:
Are you on much for pain, can your GP tweak them for ya? Sometimes a change is as good as, when it comes to pain meds.
I would say something herbal but I don't want to sound too hippy :X3:

Do you rate the devils claw stuff?
I often take a bit of arnica but I moonlight as Mr Bump :inpain: still young enough to do dumb stuff I later regret...
Thought you would be close enough to the sea for nat mur? :hilarious:
All joking aside, and here's that often played record of mine... get some kelp tablets :banhappy: I feel a hell of a lot better when I remember to take them.

Homeopathy is crazy stuff.
A bit like my farm homeopathy to a degree, not nearly enough actually "goes on" by conventional ways of thinking to do a damn thing, and yet it still does something big.
Like the nosode we used to give the cows, a few drops in 25000 litres of water and the SCC would just drop and stay there.

Not saying I believe, and not saying I don't.

But it's still worth a shot, if nothing much else it will make you feel like you're doing something, like picking a scab is still improving your appearance?
I do know, as far as the brain goes, it's bloody hard to be happy when you're sore and pi55ed off about it.

yea it just added more to the fire so to speak ..not just the pain but finding out there were growths back in 2002 yet nothing said 1 has growen 10mm in 15 years
and if outcomes not good for work that kinda sucks if already depressed
