Our home-garden is dying

To be honest, I wasn't sure where should I post this since I only sign in here to see what the experts say and hopefully I will stay here to gain more experience from you guys.
Anyway, I live in Saudi Arabia and we have a garden but it starts dying the past few days. My dad is the one who take care of the garden and he never listen to anyone suggestion
"I'm a farmer with 30 years of experience, play with your computer and leave farming for me" he said. But the truth is I really believe he doesn't know what he's doing and I'm worried we will lose everything
The weather been the best for the past 5 months and we have automated watering system but I think what's killing our farm is the misuse/overuse of the manure and other types of compost (fish compost)
I will show pictures of the plants that are affected by it and you guys suggest something. I wish to learn

Too much water especially if the sodium/potassium is high. I know it sounds strange but a possibility. This is in relation to the dead edges of the leaves.

@Kidds might be able to help? (y) (sorry if I'm wide of the mark)

that's a possibility I know but the problem just appeared when my dad once again used a compost only two days and everything seems dying

A lot of those look to have a blight of some sort, it could be the fungal spores are carried in the compost and if it is warm and humid that's ideal conditions for it.

My exact thought. I'm not sure what my dad used to make the compost but fish was the main ingredient and it smelled so bad for days and yes the weather is nice a bit warm but not humid especially these days

Remove all the dead or dying plants ,clean away the fishy manure unless its been dug in ,,try replacing it with something that ruminant produced ,,horses, cattle, goats, sheep ,,camels even ,,its worth a try

it does look more like a nutritional problem than a disease, this is mainly because its affecting multiple species. given your location best guess is salt toxicity, which is common in systems reliant on irrigation. if it was in agriculture we would send some tissue samples off to a lab to get a diagnosis. not sure this is available to you as a gardener.

Looks to me to be several things going on. Mineral poisoning, mineral deficiency and glyphosate damage.
If you are 100% sure your water is good quality then you could try to flush it out of the soil. I would try to physically remove any compost if possible.
To be honest I think the damage is done.

I recognise some of the plants but not all. I tend to agree with @Kidds that there are multiple problems and minerals are involved for some. I also think there are some fungal problems. Some of those plants will certainly die, but I think there are signs of new growth on some.

Do you know how the fish compost was applied? Was it in semi solid form and placed between the plans or was it liquid and applied with a watering can or something similar onto the leaves? Were the plants healthy before this, or were they affected and the fish compost used in an effort to rejuvenate them? Have any chemicals been applied recently? Fertilisers, weedkillers, insecticides etc.?
