Hi everyone,
We have 4 cats currently looking for that perfect outside space to have as their home. All of these cats are in our care for various reasons and have equally as varied reasons for wanting an outside home. The cats that need homes are; Fluff - 10 years old (outdoor only, brilliant hunter), Tinker - 4 years old (outdoor to come inside or outdoor only), Smudge - 6 years old (outdoor only) and Maggie - 10 years old (outdoor to come inside or outdoor only). All of these cats desperately need a home, the time they have been waiting for forever homes ranges from 11 months to 1 month.

If you know anyone that would suit any of these beautiful cats please contact us on; 01825 741330 or at [email protected]. We will be willing to home any of the cats within an hour from out National Cat Adoption Centre, Chelwood Gate RH17 7TT (RH17 7DE).

Thank you,
Cats Protection, National Cat Adoption Centre.

We have a cat from the cat protection and she is brilliant. We got her at a year old and was told she ferral and would live outside. She does a great job of keeping the mice down and over time she has become really friendly and will even come in the house for a fuss.
Definately a great way to getting a cat and would reccomend it to anyone.

Had a ginger tom from CPL many years ago ,,he was supposed to be a farm cat ,,turned out to be a big baby ,,he was a brilliant hunter if he could summon the energy to get of his rear end.
He wasn't so much layed back ,,more permanently horizontal

There are only a few steps to adopting your new outdoor cat.
  • Have a home visit to look at the area and see where the cat could potentially start out (an outbuilding).
  • We will match you with the perfect cat to fit what you need and your set up.
  • Complete the adoption paperwork.
  • We will drop your new cat off along with belongings and a crate for them to stay in for 2 weeks, whilst they get use to their new home.
  • After 2 weeks we will contact you to see how they are doing and make sure they have been let out of the crate.
  • We will then arrange to pick up the crate and any belongings you don't want.
  • We will then ring you after a month to see how your new cat is getting on and answer any questions you may have.
Throughout this whole process we are always available for advice and will help in anyway that we can.

Hopefully this is helpful for anyone interested in an outdoor cat.

We got ours from these guys, absolutely faultless. Before finding them, we rang round all the supposed shelters with cats wanting adoption - there were never any available even though they were all advertising?

They are a charity who catch neuter cats in the London area, then seek homes from them. You can donate or be a tight arse and give nothing, but they drop the cat off (cats in our case), with beds, food, blankets and two bew crates.

Our two cats have settled in well, a bit shy coz of the digs, but they are coming round.
