I have been using Outlook for years and have never had an issue with it. However I changed my email password (BT) and outlook failed to open on any of my computers.
I have looked up various fixes which include running it in safe mode and removing add ons. I couldn't get it to open even in safe mode. I believe it is something to with the Office 365 set up which has a newer version of outlook, but it won't accept my email.
Anyone know how to solve this issue?
