Zoom is the Covid silver lining for people in isolated locations, or the darkest abroad like myself. We couldn't attend events like this without Zoom.

it’s great

bu if like some of us your job has ment hours of it almost daily the novelty does wear thin !

I applaud this:

Delegates outside Western Europe, Canada, the US, New Zealand and Australia do NOT have to pay for tickets; registration for delegates from majority world countries will open with general ticket sales on Thursday, 19 November.

I have been a fan of ORFC for many years but i must admit just trying to read the program for 7 days & 150 sessions put me off
Best part of all these events is sitting down with new faces over a beer/coffee/fry-up so i will probably wait until i can again attend in person

I didn't sign up either. I was looking forward to it as it's not usually available to me here. But nothing on the programme pulled me in to splash out for a ticket tbh.

Zoom & Teams are great for to travelling & socially mixing, but a nightmare if you don't have strong and stable broadband. :(
