Looks like Albanese will be the next PM down there... he seems alright, from a distance, but will probably be like lefties everywhere, and happily spend other people's money until it runs out. Still, might be misjudging the fellow, good luck to him, let's hope he does a good job and sets an example to the rest. 🤞

Bet there's a few forum right wingers crying over their lunch today.
Why? In a democracy it happens; he'll be there long enough to make his opposition look good, then it'll change again. I'm told I'm on the right, but I still hope he does a good job for the country; if does, good on him, if he doesn't he'll be binned and good riddance to him. It's a pretty simple system really. But, but, but, when the incumbent is corrupt, incompetent, a serial liar, even to the head of state, prone to disenfranchising Parliament, etc, etc, BUT, simultaneously and apparently the best a whole county has to offer, what then? Keep calm and carry on I guess….

He'll get binned too, eventually, and the next corrupt, incompetent liar will take over.

So. Another country is going to be fixated on climate change, and other woke issues.
Meanwhile, the Russkies ( and a few others ) are stealing / hoarding grain, land, oil, gas, fert, and other essentials. I note 40 boatloads of Russkie fert are on their way to Brazil. Probably going to be used on land that was previously rain forest.........
There's going to be a new world order soon, and we won't be part of it. USA might be able to turn itself around in time, but not much hope for other Western nations.
In centuries to come academics will ponder what happened to the Aztecs, Mayans, and the Western world.
Woked themselves to extinction, so they did.

how can you say that when the present right wing government of the UK are not only spending other peoples money like it’s going out of style but are also borrowing money to further take the country down the path to bankruptcy.

A man has pleaded guilty at Newtownards Magistrates’ Court to waste offences relating to a bonfire next to the electrical sub-station on the Circular Road in Newtownards, Co. Down.

Gareth Gill (51) of Abbot’s Walk, Newtownards pleaded guilty to two charges under the Waste and Contaminated Land (Northern Ireland) Order 1997, for which he was fined £150 each and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy

On June 25, 2018, PSNI officers went to Gill’s yard, where they found a large amount of waste consisting of scrap wood, pallets, carpet and underlay.

Discussion with Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) officers confirmed the site...
