Pöttinger Forage Wagon

Anybody know anything about these Pöttinger forage wagon it’s a TOP II what are they like to get parts for and are they reliable, would 80hp run one and what sort of speed do you run it at!

I buck rake for a farmer that still uses one,pulls it behind a 70hp Massey no bother. Gets his parts from pottinger main dealer,but most bits like bearings are available via Kramp etc. The cam track for the feed bars dose wear thin but if your good with a welder you can keep them going for ever.

I’m completely new to using these type of machinery, what is a cam-track? Is it replaceable or what is it that wears that needs welding

The bar feed with fingers on that forces the grass through the blades runs on bearings in a track,they can wear the track thin and as it’s got a bit of age on it’s worth checking.
