P C cleaner

I committed the ultimate silly sin of accidentally installing the above programme , in the belief that it was C.C cleaner renamed ! It wasn't , and it sits there in the bottom right hand corner on my screen , apparently immovable . When I realised what I'd done , I went into "all Programmes " found it listed there , and clicked on "uninstall " It disappeared almost immediately -- trouble was , it didn't ! It doesn't show up anywhere in my startup , or programme files - well, not that I can see anyway . Can somebody please tell me how to get rid of it permanently (and completely ) It may well be a genuine programme for all I know , but it's just too intrusive , and persistent for me . Please ?

I wasn't aware , until now , that creating and using a restore point isn't now enabled by default in W10 , as it used to be in earlier manifestations . I know now , so that's one solution not available . Looked again in "Task Manager " and there it was , I clicked on it , then uninstall , and it went - just like that . Except it didn't ! I rebooted my machine , and there it was sitting in the bottom corner of my screen , just as it was before . Not sure what the next step is ? but one way or another , it'll have to go .
