Paint code for case IH 1494

Hi what is the red paint code for a case IH 1494 ?
Would it be the same colour red that's used on a case mx 110 could anyone tell me .
Is the Sparex paint a good paint to use in 2 pack ,. Local Agri supplier sells sparex paint, thanks for any help .

Reds are a nightmare to get right.
The MX red is darker.
RAL 3003 is often quoted as the correct shade for Case IH tractors of the era, although some say to mix 3002 and 3003.
I asked the paint supplier I use about it yesterday and he said he adds extra tint to darken 3003.
Can't comment on Sparex paint because I've never used it.

If you Google there is a chart that comes up with all the colours and year of manufacture for the real code, as opinion in colours and different brands show different shades, bloody minefield!

RAL 3090 is listed by some as post 1997 Case IH red, but I wouldn't be sure. There won't be many manufacturers using standard colours.

The mx red doesn't look right I carnet remember the ral code but got the pant from Barcley Williams in the end
