Paint for livestock trailer floor

Same as what rolland use or kiln dried sand mixed with paint
Funnily enough it is a Rolland but unfortunately it has no paint left 🤣🤣 so not sure if there paint is the best. customer was thinking along the lines of stone chip etc as on a car but I think it may trap moisture in once it get a crack, maybe that raptor stuff would do better?

I was looking at the same for our rolland and did ring them to see if get what they put on the new ones but it would be pretty difficult to get it to key in without new metal and a lot of heat.
Priced up a roll of 10mm ribbed rubber sheet (easy!) which was just shy of the floor width , thinking being we could fix it at the front and roll it up periodically for a wash out but give the cattle a bit of purchase , was about £350 from memory was on my list to get it ordered ready for spring, can dig out email.

Issue being the floor gets so slippery cattle don't like going in it , we did refurb and respray and floor paint didn't last 2 minutes , wondered if grass mats might fit in jt

I'm glad it's not just ours then, just bought a new JPM and made the mistake of not speccing it with aluminium floor and although has a couple of ridges pressed in the same as ramp the cattle still slide.Thinking of welding some round bar in herringbone shape so will still be easy to wash out
