Painting fan weights

Planning to a respray some NH fan weights next week, they've been sitting about for a while and could do with a freshen up!
I got some NH black paint from dealer, just wondered what I should use as a paint thinner, and what ratio to use in a paint sprayer?

If you paint the one on each side and just the ends of the middle ones you'll save a load of paint and will look the same
