We seem to be getting more and more pallets and have quite a heap at the moment.
Is there any one who buys (hopefully!) or collects used pallets in the southwest ?

i just put mine on facebook marketplace when i have some to get rid of. plenty of folk looking for them for firewood or making garden seating etc

Think the euro pallets stamped ‘EPAL’ are worth about 3 quid each in good nick.

Advertise them to local woodworkers as there seems to be a movement to use recycled wood, specifically pallets.

Most stuff here comes on heavy, quality CHEP pallets, which we pay I think $20 deposit on each one, which is then credited back to your account if / when you return them.
A pile of pallets can be quite a few $$$$

There used to be a $250 deposit / refund on 1000 l chemical shuttles ( IBC ), which was great because it solved the problems of the huge mountain of empty 20 l drums everyone had
Unfortunately that doesn’t exist anymore, for whatever reasons, so now everyone just has a heap of shuttles now . . .
