Local Ag store sold 17k of small bagged livestock and horse feed/bedding in 2 hours this morning, normally be more like 2k an hour on a Sunday.

By close of business today their feed store was all but empty of cattle/sheep/ horse and pig feed, they were fully stocked as per normal on Friday afternoon.

People who come in and buy say 4/5 bags a feed a week are coming in and taking a tonne instead.

Apparently in some places people are now stock piling fuel in jerry cans!
