Probably. Folk are complaining before they even know what the reforms are. There are massive discrepancies between the various pensions. RATP (Paris railway workers) for example retire on a monthly average of 3700 euro, whereas it's just over 900 euro for a paysanne and around 1350euro for an average private sector worker.
French farmer we knew, worked 42 years on the family farm farm for a pension of 962 euros a month. Veaux sous la mere.
Died of cancer 7 months after retiring!
