it’s not just the shed, it a large concrete yard around it, all services, fencing, auto gates ground works, base, water, power, waste, drainage to a balancing pool quite a long way away etc with a 4 k mez and some internal walls and doors, led lighting etc. Budget is actually 350 but it will creep so space factored in. All to industrial spec

Sounds a nice project!

I've yet to find a shed builder that turns up when they said they would. Still waiting for two sheds to be finished 12 months after they should have been finished. It seems that we didn't hold enough money back.

The "lockdown" started here today, lots of things you would think would be open have closed (although I haven't been out to see) Even heard of farm shops and butchers closing. A lot of places have also stopped their online delivery business.
Not watching the news but I believe they have put a state of emergency in place, which as far as I can tell hands all rights and power to the government and police.

Given your "environmentally friendly "way of farming regen agriculture, how green is this shed going to be given the amount of concrete that you have mentioned?
